I missed posting last week about this knit-along.
You may have seen last week that I finished my first hat.
Now I am happily knitting away on the next one.
Not much to look at yet. When it grows up, it will become this hat pattern, Sirle. The yarn is Jenny Watson Pure Merino DK, that was a gift from a sweet friend. Now that I found the perfect pattern for it, I am so excited.
Even though this hat is obviously not even close to be finished, I am already thinking about the next hat I want to knit.
- Raituli ~ excellent opportunity to use up some scrap sock yarn.
- Kami Hat ~ Love the shape of this hat. I think knit up in a gray yarn, it would be lovely.
- Pasha~ I have already knit this pattern, but it is one that you tend to go back to.
So many options in Ravelry. How is a girl to choose?
Speaking of knitting along with friend. My new KAL/CAL has started today. The last KAL ended yesterday and there were a whopping 238 projects finished. To say that 238 is amazing, would be an understatement.
You should join us. We are the best looking, funnest, most talented group there ever was. :)
Fun things are happening. Tis the season for it.
Hope you are having the best day!
