Don't you wish it were possible to bank lovely lazy knitting days? Happy Sunday to you all.
Audrey in Unst in Drops Alpaca Teal/Grey Mix
This long weekend has involved many hours of blissful knitting. No pressure, no deadlines, just gorgeous slow knitting. I wish there were more weekends like this, but then I think if there were maybe I wouldn't appreciate them as much. What do you think?

To those in the U.S., Happy 4th of July to you. I hope your were able to have a long weekend and many wonderful hours of celebrations with family and friends. Most importantly I hope you were able to squeeze in some yarn time. :)
Lorna's Laces in the colorway Monkeyshines
New yarn has been selected for my July socks. Obviously I love bright fun sock colors (see the above Watermelon socks), but sometimes it is fun to get back to neutrals. Heck what am I saying, all sock yarn is fun. These socks are part of the Personal Mystery sock yarn KAL that a lovely member of the My Sister's Knitter Ravelry group is hosting. I have actually kept up, which is surprise to me.
In addition to casting on the July socks, I have been in a cast on frenzy. I won't scare you monogamous knitters by listing them all, but know this...it's a lot. :)
Now to you, how was your weekend?
Enjoy your Sunday and a sweet tune.
Have the best day today!
