They really do. Since I started my blog only a couple short years ago, I have had the opportunity to "meet" some amazing people. Some have become really good friends. Maryse is one of them. I found her after she commented on my blog in 2010, (feels like a long time ago). That comment gave me the opportunity to check out hers . I became instantly smitten with Maryse and we have been friends ever since.
After a long tough week (not bad, just one of those) , I received a package in the mail from Canada.
This yarn is made in Quebec and it could not have received a happier home here in the states. Sometimes I think Yarnies have a sixth sense of when you need a pick me up.
To all the friends I have made here on my blog, Flickr or Ravelry, I treasure you. Thank you for taking the time to visit me. Your words of support and love make my days all the better!
XO
Andi
What a fun package! I hope your week improves. But I definitely know how tough some weeks can be.

I have a yarnie (aka penpal) that I exchange letters, comments, and yarn with and I agree, they are the best people. They know when to make a day brighter! I am so glad you have one as well :)

In my short time of blogging, I have met the most amazing and kind yarnies, too (including you, dear friend). We yarnies are generous souls not just with gifts of yarn but time, support, and good ears. What a lovely package -- I hope this weekend finds you knitting, reading, getting fresh air, and reveling in the love from all your friends. xo

I'm sorry to hear that you've been having one of "those" weeks as well - they really stink, don't they. I love that you got such a sweet pick me up from such a dear girl. I love your yarn and I'm intrigued as to what the fabulously fun material is playing peekaboo in the top right corner.
I hope that your days are getting brighter, atmosphere lighter and everything all around you sweeter.
