Happy Birthday blog!!!

My little ole' blog turned three this month. What a wonderful three years it has been! Because I love to celebrate all birthdays, you know what is coming next.

Oh, hello there you lovely girls!

These two heavenly skeins of Madelintosh light and some fun gift tags will be given away this Blogiversary. The color is Jade, it was not intentional that today happens to be St. Patricks day and I am giving away green yarn. It is just a fun coincidence.

My way of saying thank you for visting with me. I never would have thought I would have met and bonded with such amazing people through a blog. Whether it is through your blogs, Flickr, or Ravelry I have enjoyed each and every interaction.

So all you need to do is leave a comment telling me what you would like to knit with this heavenly yarn, (did I mention this yarn is heavenly-it really is!). Also very important you need to leave either a link to you blog, Ravelry page or Flickr page. If the URL is your blog then you are golden. If you don't provide at least one of the links mentioned, you will not be entered for the drawing. The reason behind this is because I was sent an email from a lady who won some yarn in a giveaway and wanted to know if I would like to buy it, as she does not knit or crochet. Made me kind of sad that someone who did knit or crochet missed out on the opportunity to win the yarn.

You will need to leave a comment by midnight (PST) March 30th. Names will be entered into the random generator and announced on the 31st. I will mail anywhere in the world.

If I won those beauties I'd do a "twin-set". My mom is coming to stay with me for a few months later this year and when she comes I always like to make her or give her something that I have as well. Three years???? Seems like yesterday! Happy St. Paddy's day my friend and Happy Birthday Blog!

I have never heard of madelinetosh until this week! (do I live in cave????) I ordered the tiny tea leaves cardi pattern this morning for the littles! Also saw some beautiful yarn over at wee pleasures from madelinetosh.

Hello Andi, and happy 3rd birthday for your blog! I am usually content to just read about what you've knit and look at the pretty pictures, but this time, I couldn't resist! So I decided to come out of hiding for your lovely giveaway.

Hmm, what would I knit with this luscious yarn...? Well, I'm starting to experiment with knitting my own designs, so I'd probably try to make create original with it that would show off its best qualities. That would be the plan, anyway. :-)

Oh the excitement I can't stand it! Happy Birthday to your blog! That yarn is Toshastic hee hee. If I won I would get that yarn on my needles so fast to make a Kleio. Since seeing yours I knew I had to make one. If there isn't enough yarn for one I'll use it for a Betsy Hat by Jane Richmond and some fingerless mitts if there is any left over. Oh was that the wrong answer. Hold on I'll take that back. I will make socks. Lots and lots of socks :)

How sad that someone entered a contest when they didn't want the prize. I can understand people doing that for high value prizes such as a car, but yarn makes no sense.
