Hello! We made it to another Sunday, Hoorah. Life is good like that. :)
Any fun events or happenings going on for you this weekend? For me, after a crazy long week of work, I was happy to just knit. I fell behind working on squares for Sam's blanket. The perfect project for using up the sock yarn scraps. I made it my goal to work on them this weekend.
More progress was made this week on my Pomme de Pin. Somehow, other than the squares for Sam's blanket, I have found myself in a monogamous relationship with this knit. Must be the magic of the pattern? Erin, started a cardigan knitalong in the Ravelry group. She also is posting a start to finish Pomme de Pin on her blog.
One thing I noticed when writing this blog post is the lack of sock knitting. A complete random thought I know.
As monogamy with my Pomme has made for a lack of knitting progress pics, I will show off my tool box.
How do you organize your knitting tools? I had a fun little chocolate tin and found it to be the perfect size. Now if I would just remember to throw it in my project bag when knitting out and about.
It was a lovely mail day this week. Will you look at these beautful cards, Julie created for me? Each one is it's own work of art. I am thinking about framing them rather than ever using them. I don't think I could bare to write on them and send them out.
Leaving you now with a fun video. Enjoy and have the best day today!
XO
Andi
