Good days, hard to come by? Not if your looking. :)
Shawl info-
Pattern: Magrathea (gifted to me by lovely Monica)
Yan: Neighborhood Fiber Co. Rustic Fingering in the color Victorian Village
Maybe a good day can begin with something as simple and wee as the beginning of a shawl. Especially if it is in your favorite color.
Maybe the excitement of finally having something off the needles? Even if is is well after St.Patricks day, my Ireland Forever socks are the best.
Socks stats:
Pattern- Vanilla with Fish Lips Kiss Heel
Yarn- Spinning Fates in the color, Ireland Forever
Needles- 1.5 mm
Now only 6 more socks to finish. :) Regardless, any day that includes a little selfish knitting is bound to be good. Am I right?
Then we have time being spent today with the family. Today is Easter and it is my mom's favorite holiday. There will be some serious feasting and much needed family time. I will be bringing this breakfast casserole that I make every Easter for our brunch.
If you celebrate, Happy Easter! May the day find you with those you love and doing what you love.
Enjoy this funny little gem and have the best day today!
XO,
Andi

A hoppity 🐇 day to you. Glad you're having a lovely day. Your socks make me nostalgic - ol' Oompa Loompa taking care of Willie Wonka's chocolate factory!

Love the fresh looking socks and shawl.
I enjoy your blog. I find it inspirational and comforting to know others have so many socks on the go at once : )

Happy (post-)Easter!
And I must disagree with the video - I have said things like "honey, I don't need more yarn" before, when trying to stick to a yarn diet. Of course, it was usually followed by "...but I *want* more yarn..."

You had me laughing out loud here with that video... thanks !

What do I love best the colorway of the yarn in that shawl or the name of the colorway? hehe. Such good things on good days. It sounds like you're living the good life with your tasty fun family days and beautiful yarn projects. All the best.

Sounds like you had a lovely Easter time :)
The Ireland socks are so cute! I've recently got some Rustic Fingering in the same colourway, beautiful isn't it? Still don't know what it will be turned into, but I look forward to seeing more of that pretty shawl.

I just LOVE that colour you've chosen for your shawl. Those look like some pretty slim needles...you must be a very patient woman! Can't wait to see how it progresses:)
So nice to see you here at yours! (sorry it's taken me so long to pop in)

Victorian Village doesn't really sound like the right name for such a luscious pink! That shawl is going to be gorgeous Andi :)
