Good morning, good afternoon and Happy Sunday! It nearing the end of April, meaning it is time to share some Loves around blogland and elsewhere.
Project love involves knitting along with a fun group at Leighsideknits. Leigh is new friend that I found randomly when cruising Ravelry projects. What a find, Leigh is so lovely.
Progress on the Magrathea shawl is a pleasure. How can you go wrong with a Martina Behm pattern? Of course knitting with one of your favorite colors adds to the joy.
Ooooh yes! Sweet treats from the sister made my Saturday. The left one is Carmel Apple Pie and the on the right, Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup. Heaven!
Enough about me, how about if we get to Loves around the net?
Knitting podcasts are poppin' up all over. These newbies are on heavy rotation on my Ipod.
Window shopping, which could also be known as window drooling
- Bunnymoon project bag
- 2 Guys Yarn Company
- I was contacted by Lisa to let me know about her new enabling site, Indie Untangled.
Blogland treats
- This post from Lori. Enough eye candy to give you a sweet tooth.
- 2 amazing project finished at Figs and Things
- Dona's amazing stole
- Allison's Bergen Cowl
- Katie's Mara Shawl
- Nicole's sample knits. This also leads me to Wool People 7, where there is not a single pattern that I don't love.
Have fun visiting. Hope you were inspired and enabled. Enjoy a beautiful song from Keaton Henson and have the best day today!
XO,
Andi
Thank you for sharing Figs and Things! It looks like a cute blog up my alley. I 💞 your first photo! It's so comforting and stylish. Your tea set is splendid. And I can see how you're knitting shawl like items and were drawn to others' 😉. So you.

It's so hard to believe that May will be here in a few days, the year is speeding by.
I spent a little time visiting Figs and Things, such a lovely site, thank you for the introduction.
I am a little envious of your chocolate peanut butter cup cupcake, a favorite of mine. I may reconsider turning the oven on and I think I will be donning my apron for a little sweet baking. :)
Enjoy a great week.

Ooooh!! new blog friends to make!
I started magrathea, but i just didn't get it. It's probably more to do with my mood when I started it because Martina's patterns are always written well.
I can't believe its nearly May already.

That wool people 7 really go me too! Such lovely things. I love your tea set :) And now I'm craving cake ...

Yay, lots of links to explore.
I've been drooling over Wool People 7 too... so many gorgeous things I honestly can't decide what I want to make! The beautiful photographs are all so enticing.

So, what Wool People 7 pattern are you going to cast on first? I've been eyeing Coda, but I really should finish the sweater I currently have on the needles. (Also, I really want to be wearing the sweater I have on the needles, so there is a bit of motivation in not casting on another sweater.)
