In a few short days the Christmas celebrations will be upon us.
Cards are coming in from all over the world and I couldn't be happier. Christmas treats are adding to the happy. :)
Owl ornament pattern.
Kooky eyed owl ornaments for family are finished.
Waffle hat pattern.
Last minute knitting is still happening. Why do I always wait till the last minute? Next year will be different, is what I'm saying to myself. Wait, didn't I say that last year?
Soon I will be soaking up some much needed family time. The mom's birthday is the 22nd, so we will be celebrating her and our luck of having her for a mom. Then a few days later Christmas.
I wish for you, all the joy this season brings, many celebrations and things to be grateful for.
Happy Holidays to you and yours!
XO,
Andi
Happy holidays to you too!

Yum, rice krispies. Haven't had that for ages. The buttons and colored thread are cute and fun finishing touches for the family ornaments. I spy a beanie? Lovely color and chic texture. My niece will be two tomorrow and one of my homegurls had her la hanau tomorrow too!

Merry Christmas Andi, it wouldn't be Christmas if we weren't making gifts at the last minute. The last couple of nights has seen me painting and varnishing shields for the kids...and me a knitter! Best wishes for a nourishing, joyful time with your family.

Happy Holidays to you, Andi! I hope you carve out some time to knit for yourself too!
Also, have to ask, is there a pattern for that little owl? It is wonky in the most adorable way. Our tree is lacking in handmade decorations, so this year I'm making a list of ones I love and I'm going to try to make one a month in the new year (we'll see how long that lasts).
