Well hello there! Happy Sunday. We are at the end of another month and that means it is time for March loves.
Revisiting Harry Potter while the blanket progresses
Time for me to send you around blogland to visit and be inspired.
Simple ribbed socks in Wooly Wonka Fibers colorway Provence
I am very grateful that you don't mind that immediately upon your visit I send you away. :)
yarn from Ireland for April review
It's nothing personal. There are so many beautiful people out there that I visit that it would be wrong not to share, right?
March Loves:
- Been enjoying reading Erin's American Wool Series.
- Talented Liesl had an amazing Grand Opening of Buckaloo View Shop.
- There are those blogs where hours mysteriously disappear while I read through current posts and previous posts, Fjord Girl is always tops.
- Michelle has me intrigued with her Mason Jar meals.
- The Sunday Shawl addiction by Tanna=love.
- A recently started podcast by Sara, Love.Sock.Wool.
- I think Michelle has a magic wand that she flicks over yarn and turns every one of them into beautiful knits.
- Window shopping and drooling over this stunning yarn and this project bag (shop owner also has a great podcast-Cozy Crafting)
- Julie is never short on creativity which is why I must make her Easter Hot Chocolate with Peeps!
Did you have a good time visiting? Before you go I need to announce the winner of The Date Night Pattern Collection.
# 54 Kim-
For sure I would be knitting the Mill Wrap! Wow, I love the look of that garment. What a wonderful way to package a bunch of patterns!
Kim, I will be in contact with you. Congratulations!
I will leave you with another love, my love of watching others creating art.
Process: Sweet Peas with Kim Westad from Etsy on Vimeo.
Have the best day today!
XO,
Andi
The 'dreams in fiber' yarns are amazing! Thanks for posting the link (: with some immense self control I didn't buy any, since my LYS is having their 35th anniversary (sale!) this week.
I also love your scraps blanket and it always makes me want to start my own.
Lovely post! Happy Sunday (:

Thanks for the link-up, Andi! I feel like I'm lagging a little bit in my series but I want to knit with the yarns I'm blogging about so I can recommend the yarn (or not) and support those businesses.

your blanket is growing and lovely :) Do you bury as you knit? I don't, and I know I'll regret that decision when I have all those ends to take care of.

Your blog has become one of my favorites. I appreciate how you post every week. I'm sure it is not always easy.
Thank you!

Another lovely list of loves, Andi - how could I mind being sent away to such wonderful places?! I saw that recipe for hot chocolate with Peeps too and can't wait to try it- I mean, how brilliant is that? XO

I love how you're knitting a contrasting heel and toe for your new socks. They give the vibe of lavender in field of wild fires.

All those colors in your blanket are a feast for the eyes. I think I will start my own tomorrow. :-) It looks too good not to give it a try.

Love the look of that Ireland yarn! I haven't revisited Harry Potter in ages, I probably should put it into my reading queue just for old times' sake!

I've been very inspired by you to make my very own sock yarn blanket! Although I haven't started it yet, due to 84,000 WIPS at the moment, I'm definitely getting started by collecting my little scraps to knit. Thank you!

I so love how you did the socks- try to remember this for next time - so fun when you change the color on the toe and heel.

I just finished reading HP and a pair of socks over spring break. I think it was Jesse that got me inspired with the reading and it seemed the perfect thing for a trip to London :)
Such pretty knits, Andi!
