Happy Sunday! Here is Arizona Spring has arrived. I am by no means trying to rub in it for those of you who were met with snowfall on the first day of Spring, I promise. :)
I do wish you all of the lovely things that Spring brings. Maybe knitting colors that remind you of the budding flowers that will soon be on their way?
Or great reads that are perfect for warm lazy days in the park?
Your needles to be at the ready for casting on lighter yarns in Spring-like shades.
It has been a long cold Winter for many of you. I mostly wish you all the happiness that Spring brings.
“It is spring again. The earth is like a child that knows poems by heart.”
― Rainer Maria Rilke
Enjoy a lovely song and have the best day today!
XO,
Andi
Hooray for the lighter yarns! I've just started a lace shawl and it feels so perfect.

Rilke has something profound and beautiful to say for so many moments. His is an excellent voice to greet the spring. Long may you enjoy the sun.

What joy knitting socks must give you. I like that blue. It reminds me of a marbled egg. The sight of a fresh, new book is always a smile. I sometimes wish my daughters had book stands as they like to read at the dinner table.

It only takes one nice, warm day for me to declare spring!!! (I bought ferns for my front porch yesterday----way too soon, but I did it anyway!!) Happy spring.

Happy spring Andi. Spring is here for sure, along with all the pollen, but the flowers more than make up for it.
Enjoy a beautiful day of knitting!

I LOVE the Decemberists, and was so sad to miss their recent UK tour.
That yarn is such a pretty colour blend:)

Enjoy the sweet start of Spring here and there, Andi. The color of your socks do remind me of Spring. Where I live, Spring is just around the corner too, but tricky too: seems so warm and sunny, but when you step outside, it's freezing cold!

Love your tea message :) that yarn is gorgeous and squishy!

Spring
SpRing is here too (Northern California). I couldn't be happier. I love the spring shades also. Tulips, here I come.

Sadly our weather turned back to November (fog and rain) today, but I am sure it will get better soon. I love that multicoloured yarn, that looks so much like a bunch of tulips.

Hmm, yes I was one of those greeted with snow. But your post is making me very happy...and MOST of the snow is gone now, so I think I can forget all about winter and focus solely on spring! I want to smell flowers and walk on warm, grassy lawns, and feel a non-bitter breeze. It will be heavenly :)

Ooooo, ooooo, oooooo......that pink and green yarn is soooo pretty! That definitely puts spring in the season.
