You always make the most delicious socks! That yarn is so beautiful!
I am also having a quiet weekend, trying to replenish enough for another work week.
I hope your next week is an easier one.

Probably sitting and knitting is peaceful for me while I sip a cup of hot tea. Also sewing which I did all day yesterday.

I had one of those weeks. I woke up thinking it was Friday and it was only Thursday - argh! But the weekend came and I cancelled everything today so I could just be at home and find some peace. Knitting and tea have helped immensely.

Such beautiful socks and song! We had a hectic weekend, but on to better days ahead. Knitting restores. Have a wonderful week, Andi. blessings ~ tanna

Peaceful weekends are the best, I need more of those. Maybe life will settle down soon and I'll get one? For now I'll just live vicariously through you :)

I also took the opportunity for a quiet weekend! I got all my chores done on Friday night and spent the rest of the weekend drinking coffee, knitting, and reading- it was the perfect little break!

Beautiful socks! Beautiful song! Happy week Andi!

Oh no, the scourge of the long week! Glad that you made the most of your weekend when it came, looks like you had some good moments to savour....

I'm slowly getting over a cold and of course my back flared up from all the laying around and sneezing! ACK. lovely knitting :)

Glad to hear you enjoyed a little down time! For me peaceful means soft music, candles and mint tea with milk...

Sounds like a great weekend! I feel like I'm doing a little better in the balance between, domestic, fun and relax on my weekends, but I definitely plan on always adding an extra dose of knitting if I can. I think I'll add tea to this weekend's agenda too :)

Hi Andi how does one find out your address for mailing?

Sounded like the perfect peaceful knitty weekend. Love your January socks. A perfect peaceful day for me would include sock knitting, a little bit of quiet journaling time, lots of hot drinks and a pot of soup on the stove. It would be raining outside but warm and cozy inside.
